Its not often that we get a whole day to do nothing but what we want to. But today we got that lucky.
We got up early for a Saturday, got ready and had some pictures of us taken. I am really into photography, and having nice high quality pictures of us is important to me. I don't think Mike enjoyed the session as much, but I like how they turned out.
Next we went up to my grandparents farm for awhile. And then we all went shooting in the hills by the river. Grandpa and Mike shot targets and tanerite with guns older then them both put together. And Grandma and I hiked the rocky hillside and chiseled rocks out of the sandstone. I must have packed home almost 50 stones for my rock garden.
I got this picture of the moon over the hill we were climbing.
Then Mike and I went and got dinner and had a picnic on the tailgate up on a hill looking over the town. And we watched the sunset.
After which we went home and watched one of my all time favorite movies 'The Fault in Our Stars'.
Altogether it was the perfect way to spend our Saturday.
