Today Michael turns 28!
I swear Ive thought he was turning 28 for the last 3 years 😂
But this time he did for sure. haha
He took a couple days last weekend to have some down time as a Birthday Celebration. I had to work, but I think he planned it that way so he could have lazy just him time to do whatever he wants and watch all the war movies I never let him watch when Im home.
We both worked today but I got off a little early and came home and made him dinner. I hate shrimp, and any sort of fish/seafood being cooked in my house because it stinks! But I made an exception and made him a Shrimp Boil Sheet Dinner from Pinterest.
He loved it! He said his mom used to make him Shrimp dinners for his birthday when he was a kid.
I wanted to make him a cake, but he doesn't really like cake. So we decided to go out for a dessert after dinner. And he picked Oreo McFlurry's.
We got our treats, came home, and checked the mail. His parents had sent him a birthday card. So we just sat in the warm car, ate our ice cream, and talked for awhile. We are at that busy/boring point in our lives where that counts as a date. lol
As you already know Mike likes to celebrate early and open his gifts before his Birthday, so he already got is present from me.
I got him a punching bag set up, which he put up in our spare bedroom. So I guess we wont have company anymore because that thing is HUGE!
And I posted this as his Official Birthday Picture since he hates snapchat pictures and never lets me post them, even though he looks adorable with them!
