Another Smith Wedding

On February 5th, Michael's younger brother Harrison got married to the beautiful and sweet Shelby Evans. Their reception was absolutely stunning.

Michael wasn't too impressed with the bowtie he had to wear, but I thought it was adorable. Everyone looked really nice. I can't wait to see the professional photos of the bridal party.
We caught a quick pic with the new bride and groom before we headed out on our journey back home. They are such a cute couple.

Our adventures Home

Feburary 3rd was my Grandma Perrys birthday, so we spent FHE at their house having dinner together. We made cake and all visited and celebrated.
Harley was so thrilled. ;)
My grandma Morton also had a birthday in January, so we all went down and visited her while we were in Utah and had a belated get together.

While we were Vacationing with my family we took the kids to the Rec Center.
Michael and I playing the bubble pop game. He won.
 The kids playing pool.

Our Vacation. First stop Utah!

On Saturday January 30th we drove 15 hours home to Utah. We spent the next 4 days with my family

My sisters and I took pictures together.
We're not sure who the weirdest one is...
But everyone always says how identical we all look.
You can defiantly tell we are sisters.

All the cousins took a picture together too. Sammy wasn't blonde enough.

We all wore, what I call, Sweater Capes.

And I did Harleys makeup all crazy bold for FHE.

Bringing home our Puppy

Today (January 16th 2016) we got to bring home our new puppy. He was born Nov 20th 2015, and just over 8 weeks today. We had to drive 3 1/2 hours to pick him up. He is full papered miniature schnauzer, salt and pepper. His mom's name was Gertie.
We named him Radar, after the little odd ball office assistant from the old TV show M.A.S.H. which is one of Michael and my favorite shows.
His first night with us was a little rough. He whined for almost 4 hours straight until Michael couldn't take it anymore and I went and took him out of the bathroom and fell asleep in the hall with him. As soon as I let him snuggle up to me he fell right asleep. He was exhausted from all the crying. It was the cutest thing.

Christmas 2015

Our Christmas 1,000 miles from home. It was a white Christmas, with about 6" of snow. But it was sunny and warm.
We woke up early to watch my younger siblings unwrap presents over Skype. Little Dylan saying afterwards "Sorry we woke you up early. We were just excited."
Afterwards we got up and made breakfast, and then went shooting at the range.
I made dinner (first meal I've home cooked in months)
This would have been a chicken twin! Too bad we ate him... Them. Lol
Then we enjoyed the last day to wear our Santa hats and watched Netflix all evening.
It was a lovely 2nd Christmas together. And we can't wait to go home and visit our family's we missed very much this Holliday season.

Our First Anniversary

Today marks 365 days of marital bliss.
Our first year together was full of amazing moments and perfect days. There were some really hard struggles and decisions as well. But it all brought us closer together and made us stronger together.
When you find the other half that makes you whole your whole life makes sense. It has a new and better purpose. I can't imagine what my life would be like without my sweet husband. He brings me up, makes me a better person, and puts a smile on my face every single day. I cannot thank God enough for him. And I hope our future is as bright and beautiful as our life right now.

Amber's 21st Birthday

For my 21st birthday Michael bought me this beautiful necklace. The blue topaz are my birth stone.
He also got me new charms for my charm bracelet. The blue one is also my birth stone. The snowflake is because Winter is my favorite season. And the paw print is because he also got me something else for my birthday/Christmas...
We got a puppy! He was born last week! We wont be able to bring him home until January though. He is a pure schnauzer, salt a pepper. I am SO excited to get him!!!
It has been a wonderful birthday. Its my "Fun" year, and I cant wait to see what it brings.
