We're Moving!
This week Michael was promoted and relocated.
We will be moving 3 hours west towards Montana.
This means we will only be 11 hours from home instead of 14. Still quite a drive.
We are looking forward to the opportunities that this promotion has for us... but I am devastated to be leaving my job here in Minot. I LOVE my current job.
I have worked at Purr-Fect Pets since we moved here 2 and 1/2 years ago. And I love the people I work with and the environment that this job has. I knew we would leave eventually, but actually leaving came too soon.
This store will always have a special place in my heart. I have spent over 3,500 hours here according to my time sheet.
I am so glad that we moved here back in 2015, otherwise I would have never crossed paths with the great people I work with. To say I have shed many tears since we got the news I had to leave is an understatement. I hope the next person who is hired in my place loves the job as much as I did.
I am grateful for the lasting friendships I have because of this job, and I hope to visit frequently after the move.
Our leave date is February 16th.
