Exploring Old ND

Today we drove across the state and visited The Worlds Largest Buffalo, a vintage pioneer town, and some abandoned towns with old rustic buildings.
The buffalo was built out of concrete to attract travelers to detour off the bypass and into Jamestown ND. Even against the insane wind, it stands solid as a rock. You can clearly see it standing up on the hill as you drive by.
It worked, because after the 12th time we've driven by it I finally got Michael to stop.
Along the road leading up the the Buffalo is a vintage pioneer village. In the summer it is open and you can go inside the buildings and explore, eat, or shop. All those buildings are in our video below.
There are also 2 "ghost" towns along the road on our trip I have always wanted to see. Manfred and Balfour. There are a few (maybe 3) houses in good condition people still live in these areas, Im assuming land that was passed down that they are still farming and didn't want to move from. The rest of the little towns buildings breaking down around them. Its kind of haunted feeling.
Im not sure if we were supposed to be on that land so we didn't get out of the car much to explore the buildings further, and most of them looked like a death trap. But you can see whats left of those towns in the video as well.
